Teaches Hip Hop and Break Dancing at Dancecapade

Geo’s journey with dance began in Taiwan when he and his friends would meet up and practice moves after school. Moving to California after graduating high school, he attended the University of California, Irvine, where his interest and passion for dance grew. He became a member of one of Southern California’s leading hip-hop teams Kaba Modern, where he competed in competitions such as Vibe, Fusion, Body Rock and Hip Hop International. During this time, he also competed with his b-boy crew Instant Noodles, which composed of his high school friends and a second generation of b-boys who were also from Taipei American School. Instant Noodles continued to build their reputation through competitions and underground b-boy battles and found success in being chosen as one of the crews to compete on America’s Best Dance Crew Season 6. With a successful top 5 run they were able to travel to teach and perform through various festivals, conventions, and events throughout the country. Geo has also competed individually in Red Bull BC One cypher San Diego, and has danced for the Vietnamese top entertainment show Paris By Night. He continues to train as a b-boy and build his hip-hop choreography style, and is signed with dance agency Go 2 Talent Agency.
