Pilates/Conditioning (ages 9 to Adults)

Low impact, cross training exercises for dancers, athletes, and rehab clients to increase strength, mobility, and flexibility. Core stability is emphasized to achieve maximum physical and mental health. Our one-on-one private session is customized to the client’s needs. Studio consists of reformer, tower, stability chair, and all other Pilates equipment are used in private sessions. Taught by certified comprehensive Pilates trainers.
